Sweet. The forest one (FF) is from MGO1 as thought (South East Sokreveyeno or something). Base on that map will be great.

SS is definitley from Portable Ops.

What about WW? Following the trend of bringing back old maps could this be all 3 killhouses from MGO1 put together. There are 3 buildings in the picture so could be possible.

Looking at FF a little closer, I think its both the lost forest and south east sokrvenyo (from MGO1) all rolled in to one.

i can see some lost forest similarities, and i think its definatly sokrovienno.
Picture 4 where that guy is being choked out i think thats roughly the area where The End faces you at the start of the boss fight on mgs3.

Cant wait til this pack comes out. I hope people actually play the maps too. I've tried hosting a few times this week with the GENE maps included and hardly anybody joined. Got a 2v2 going at one point but that was it.

I know what you mean, it ruins the point of having the special characters.
Maybe they should put special characters into survival.

Just like drebin on and off, have special characters on and off.

I think this whole new update is going to turn the game in to a right mess.

If I host a room with both expansion packs does that mean that if someone just has 1 pack they cant join? As I see it, the game is going to be split in to three versions. People with the starter pack, people with GENE and people with MEME. It's going to be almost impossible to host a room with all maps and characters as nobody will be able to join.

i think this whole confusion with how to pay needs to be addressed.

Every1 thinks you need a credit card only.
obviously people who buy these games, are not eve old enough to have a credit card.

yet u only need a debit card (unsure bout electron) to buy.

an again, how much is this expansion gonna cost?

in the long run, with more expansions, this game could cost best part of £100.

Im guessing this pack requires a fee lol.

will this mean that survival will only be available to people with both packs purchased?

Hopefully Konami have learned since releasing the first update.

I don't think this will be the case though and we're all going to end up being divided in to 3 different groups.

You arent really missing out on the maps (except CC which is pretty good). It's just survival really.

KoN in our survival team we'd be even more amazing than what we are

If our top 6 players entered survival together we would go on one hell of a winning streak.
