Like I said before you, can host with any connection nearly. You just have to open the right ports. I'll do this test when I get home. Also, sometimes lowering the amount of bandwidth your PS3 gets can reduce the amount of DCs you get

I havnt DC'd in a while, probably because i just use 92kbs upload speed xD
so im only using a small part of my total upload.
