Next Metal Gear Solid

The remainder of the E3 was a Grand Turismo 5 (PS3) trailer lasted about 3 minutes, i cant find a decent version of it now ill hunt one out later. But tbh you didn't really miss much, it was all cutscenes (or really amazing graphics), no game play footage.It doesn't really bother me though im not a fan of this franchise.


E3 is the wrapped up with, of course, God of War III. They talked about how this game isn't just exclusive to ps3, but only capable to the ps3, expanding fan boys heads of course.They then reveal a gameplay demo which one of the dude plays and the other does commentary and tbh, it looked crap.I know its early stages but after a minute it bored me, nice graphics but i got the impression it would be very repetitive, your typical hack n slash. One of harpies who Kratos faced had boobs, the rest was a blur of boredom really.They revealed the release date for MARCH 2010!! which i would of thought caught a lot of GoW fans off guard since the expected date was Christmas time.

Id comment on the rest of E3 but Paynos covered the rest of the announcements, so that's a wrap!

I think it was 250 Euros unless I wrote my notes down wrong.

Metal Gear Arcade has also been announced:

Hideo Kojima has revealed the first ever Metal Gear title for arcades: an adaptation of the PS3's Metal Gear Online with 3D visuals called Metal Gear Arcade.

"Metal Gear Solid finally makes its appearance on the coin-ops," he said at Konami's E3 press conference. "It's coming back from the PS3's Metal Gear Online. That was quite a hit, so we're going to bring it to the coin-ops."

Metal Gear Arcade's imposing, enclosed cabinets were shown on screen in suites of four, but they will also be connected between arcades via the eKonami system. They will offer full 3D visuals through goggles. "If you put on these goggles which allow you to see the 3D view, you'll be able to see the enemies pop up in 3D," Kojima said.

Metal Gear Arcade is being developed by Konami's arcade division in collaboration with Kojima Productions, the creator revealed. Konami aims to release the machine into arcades in Japan this year, and has plans to introduce it to the rest of the world soon after.

I can't even remember the last time I went to an arcade but I'm intrigued by this. The chances of one being near me are very slim though.

Yumi the MGS:R hasent actually had anything said about the PS3 on the trailer. Its all Shitbox and Shitbox live. I hope ure right though about it being ps3 as well

In the ps3 section of E3 it wasnt mentioned no, its focus was peace walker =o

I cant remember now but there are quotes everywhere from Konami execs saying this is mutli format as they want everybody to be able to access the game. Just do a quick google and you will get something straight away.
